They involve you in all aspects of the business and believe in having you grow within the company.
What I wish was different
There was a lot to learn when I first started, so I wish it would've been spread out so I had more time to learn those things.
Advice
I think it would help if you were very open minded. They have a set way of doing things that must be followed the way they like it so if you have another way of doing those things, it will be hard to adjust.
