Compensation: $75,000 - $125,000+ DOE

Responsibilities
Perform a variety of responsibilities and projects to assist in supervision and management of operations areas and help achieve the vision for the company’s future.
- Transform complex customer interactions spanning across a variety of customer facing teams into a simple and delightful customer experience that enhances sales.
- Assure consistent and efficient processes and information flow throughout the organization.
- Interact with customers and vendors address issues, assist fellow team members, etc.
- Help monitor and develop various customer facing functions such as Service Coordination, Sales and Quoting, Case Management, Order Processing, etc.
- Help monitor and develop various vendor facing functions such as Purchasing, Vendor Management, Vended work inspection, etc.
- Help monitor and develop various logistical functions such as Route, Shipping, Order Processing, etc.
- Help develop, implement and maintain performance metrics to help operational teams and individuals know how they are doing and how to improve.
- Help investigate and resolve cases that arise regarding customer satisfaction.
- Process and System Improvement Activities: Translate business objectives and principles into ideas for business and logistical systems and processes. Create models for these systems and processes and work with others as needed to implement standardized and automated elements of the company’s service offerings, both customer-facing and internal. Assure successful outcomes with lasting impact.
- Assure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout our operations.
Qualifications
Successful applicants will have the following qualities:
- Bachelor’s degree with a GPA 3.5 GPA or higher. Preferred majors include Marketing, Management, Operations Management, Organizational Leadership, Project Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Entrepreneurship, Business Analytics, or other relevant majors.
- 2+ years of general work experience preferred.
- Good attitude with positive, productive, professional, and team-oriented mindset toward all stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and drive with a team-focused mentality.
- Always searching for a better way to do things.
- Driven to learn professional work skills as well as domain knowledge.
- People management skills.
- Naturally inquisitive and open minded.
- Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on systems and processes.
- Ability to develop business processes with a focus on the user experience, internal efficiencies, and simplicity for team members.
- Genuine concern for all staff members as well as the success of the organization.
