Art Factory Internships: Hospitality and Events Planning

The Art Factory, located in the historic district of Paterson, NJ, is a vibrant hospitality hub just 12 miles from the George Washington Bridge and conveniently situated down Valley Road from Montclair. Our expansive campus comprises 21 buildings over 5 acres, adjoining the Great Falls National Park.

We function as an events venue and major film location. We are offering paid internships  for students or recent graduates in hospitality, set design, film, and marketing. Our aim is to provide a pathway for interns to transition into managerial positions.

Hospitality and Events Planning:

As a premier event venue, we offer hospitality and events planning interns invaluable experience in the event management and hospitality sectors. Interns will gain hands-on experience by:
- Participating in event planning and coordination
- Engaging in client meetings and communication
- Assisting with event setup
- Creating plans, tablescapes, schedules, and planning decks
- Coordinating day-of event activities
- Providing exceptional client service and follow-up
