Marketing Associate

Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Social Media Management:

  • Develop engaging and shareable content for various digital platforms.
  • Manage and execute social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor social media channels and analyze performance metrics.
  • Create beautiful visual assets for clients using systems like Canva & Adobe

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
  • Compile and analyze data to provide insights that inform marketing strategies.
  • Assist in the development of target audience profiles.

Collaboration and Team Support:

  • Work closely with the Director of Marketing to implement and optimize marketing plans.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Use analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators on social media, email campaigns, etc.
  • Generate reports summarizing the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  • Provide recommendations for improvement based on data analysis.

Brand Development:

  • Contribute ideas to enhance brand positioning and messaging.
  • Create personal brand identity packages with the Director of Marketing's oversight
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of brand guidelines.
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with the established brand identity.

Qualifications:

  • Must provide examples of digital creation work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for branding and marketing.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
