Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Social Media Management:
- Develop engaging and shareable content for various digital platforms.
- Manage and execute social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor social media channels and analyze performance metrics.
- Create beautiful visual assets for clients using systems like Canva & Adobe
Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
- Compile and analyze data to provide insights that inform marketing strategies.
- Assist in the development of target audience profiles.
Collaboration and Team Support:
- Work closely with the Director of Marketing to implement and optimize marketing plans.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Use analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators on social media, email campaigns, etc.
- Generate reports summarizing the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Provide recommendations for improvement based on data analysis.
Brand Development:
- Contribute ideas to enhance brand positioning and messaging.
- Create personal brand identity packages with the Director of Marketing's oversight
- Assist in the development and maintenance of brand guidelines.
- Ensure all marketing materials align with the established brand identity.
Qualifications:
