Leadership Staff
Build a foundation of leadership skills with people and programs this summer! Our leadership staff take care of people on our team and make sure summer programs run smoothly from beginning to end. We are looking for hardworking, adaptable people to join us this summer!
Leadership Positions include:
- High Adventure Coordinator
- Waterfront Coordinator
- Health Officer
- Leader-in-Training Coordinator
- Business Assistant
- Arts and Crafts Coordinator
- Tripping Coordinator
- Media Specialist
- Overnight Camp Activities Coordinator
- Day Camp Activities Coordinator
Position Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Must be 18 or older and have graduated high school.
- Previous experience in summer camp or management preferred
- May 1st-August 17th (some flexibility with start and end dates)
- Manage and support their specific program area
- Support and provide regular feedback to counseling staff
- Support all of camp operations, work with campers 7-17 years old
- 3 weeks of staff training, including Red Cross Lifeguard Certification
Benefits: $575 weekly salary, lodging, meals, extensive training.
