Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Part-Time Home Stager to enhance the appeal of residential properties for sale. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently to create inviting and attractive home environments that appeal to potential buyers.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess properties to develop staging plans that highlight each home’s strengths.
• Select and arrange furniture, decor, and accessories to create visually appealing and functional spaces.
• Coordinate with the staging manager and moving team to set up and tear down the staging materials.
• Stay abreast of the inventory of staging items and equipment.
• Stay updated on market trends and design principles to ensure contemporary and effective staging.
• Comfortability with marketing the staging division in various ways, including but not limited to,  in-person, over-the-phone, or through the utilization of social media.

Qualifications

• Interest in home staging, interior design, or a related field preferred.
• An understanding of design principles and spatial arrangements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work on-site at various locations.
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Hours

Flexible part-time hours with a one-year commitment. Potential for weekends and occasional evenings.

Compensation

$14-16 with a one-year commitment.
