Position Overview:
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) to join our Community Living division. In this role, you will play a crucial part in integrating, coordinating, and monitoring individualized treatment programs for our clients, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management: Serve as the case manager for residential clients, developing and monitoring Individualized Program Plans (IPPs) that reflect their needs and goals.
• Staff Supervision: Provide training and support to Team Managers, ensuring they deliver effective services and interventions.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Schedule and lead interdisciplinary staff meetings to review and enhance program planning and delivery.
• Documentation & Reporting: Complete and review monthly progress reports and ensure all required annual paperwork for clients is accurate and timely.
• Client Interaction: Actively participate in recreational and therapeutic activities, fostering a positive environment for clients.
• Compliance & Confidentiality: Ensure services meet all regulatory requirements and maintain client confidentiality at all times.
• Crisis Management: Appropriately respond to client behaviors, employing verbal and physical interventions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a human services field).
• Minimum of one year of experience with the developmental disabilities population, ideally in a residential setting.
• CPR, NCI, and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid Indiana driver’s license and insurability as per agency requirements.
