A Logistics Relationship Manager is supported by the freight operations team and sales team.
Responsibilities:
Business Development
- Expand client base through sales practices including phone calls and emails.
- Focus on selling with an emphasis on growing your sales skills daily.
- Develop ongoing relationships with customers and carriers.
Communicate
- Commit to building long-standing relationships with customers.
- Discuss and relay pertinent information with dexterity.
Build and utilize logistics operations skills.
- Work daily to improve multi-tasking skills related to operations.
- Manage multiple platforms to balance customer needs.
- Build confident decision-making skills.

Pay Type: $45,000 Annually + Monthly Commissions
Annual Salary + Commission, most team members are making $100,000+ by the end of their second year.
