Brand Ambassador Coordinator

Job Title: Brand Ambassador Coordinator (Part Time)

Compensation: $15-20 USD per hour (commensurate with experience)

Our community is at the heart of everything we do, and we’re looking for a passionate and social media-savvy individual to help us expand our network of brand ambassadors on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and TikTok.

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Brand Ambassador Coordinator to identify and recruit passionate influencers, micro-influencers, and brand advocates who align with Oliver Thomas’ style, image, and values. You will be responsible for researching potential ambassadors that love and represent the Oliver Thomas brand well, drafting outreach scripts, and managing relationships to grow our ambassador community.  You will work closely with the Head of Social Media Marketing & Digital Sales to ensure we are continually reaching out to individuals that represent the brand well.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify 20 brand ambassadors per week across multiple demographics, niches, and platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Ensure they align with Oliver Thomas’ brand image and values.
  • Maintain an organized database of recruiting efforts.
  • Recommend appropriate product and content to request based on each ambassador's style, content, and audience.
  • Participate in 1 hour meetings 2x per week to report findings to Head of Social Media Marketing & Digital Sales and analyze new content.
  • Draft personalized outreach scripts for ambassador collaborations, focusing on building genuine relationships and fostering a strong sense of community within the brand.
  • Understand the brand and product thoroughly and engage with Oliver Thomas' social media channels.
  • Collaborate with the team to strategize and improve the ambassador program.

Qualifications

  • Experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or digital marketing is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok, including trends, influencers, and engagement strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple outreach efforts simultaneously.
  • Passion for fashion, accessories, and lifestyle brands.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
