Please note that this is an in-office position based at our Pompano Beach headquarters—remote opportunities are not available.
As a Compliance Analyst, you’ll be the go-to expert for compliance communications with customers, handling investigative requests, and developing impactful training programs. Essential duties and responsibilities include:
- Maintain a call and document verification quality program utilizing "best practice" models through the monitoring of calls, reviewing documentation, verifying proper calculations based on SAFCO policies, then delivering regular and consistent feedback to the reviewed teams on their progress.
- Analyze quality program results, then make recommendations for both training and policy initiatives.
- Work with various department leadership to provide feedback, discuss improvement initiatives, or assist in ad hoc requests.
- Monitor and approve compliance correspondence to customers, including Adverse Action, Right to Cure Letters, Notice of Intent to Sell Letters, Deficiency Letters, customer statements, debt validations, customer responses, and legal notices as required or requested.
- Facilitate training programs for team members either in a group classroom setting, online through an e-learning session, or in a one-to-one format.
- Organize and communicate compliance courses to meet the needs of team members and demands of the Company.
- Receive and draft responses for direct and indirect complaints, including credit disputes.
- Review, approve, and code various compliance communications.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience
Associate’s degree and 1 to 3 years experience
Any equivalent combination or experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
